QUICK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) frozen peas
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
Grated cheese

Brown beef, drain. Add flour, sauce, seasonings and peas. Simmer 5 minutes. Put in casserole. Top with cheese, then biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Corn may be substituted for peas.
