4 c. sugar
4 c. water

Boil for 5 minutes and cool.

3/4 c. instant coffee
1/4 c. water

Mix in gallon jar. Cut a vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape seeds into coffee mix. Cut bean up into small pieces and add to coffee mix also. Then add syrup mixture and 1/5 bottle cheap vodka. Shake every few days. Let sit at least 1 month. Strain and pour into fancy glass bottle and give as Christmas presents.
