HERSHEY BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs
1 lg. can Hershey syrup
1 c. flour

FROSTING:

1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Brownies: Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

Frosting: Place sugar, milk, and butter in pan and bring to boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Add milk if too hard. Make sure brownies are cool before icing.
