EGG & CHEESE CUTLETS 
2-3 green chilies, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste
1 tsp. red chili powder
3/4 c. milk
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2-3 tbsp. tomato juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg, well beaten
Bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying

Lightly saute green chilies in oil. Take it off the stove. Add flour and bring it back to the stove and saute until light brown. Remove from the stove and add salt, red chili powder and milk. Return to the stove. While stirring continuously, add chopped eggs, tomato juice and bread crumbs. Remove from the stove and add cheese. Spread it in a pan. Cut into 2 inch cubes and let it cool. Then dip the pieces in egg, roll in bread crumbs and deep fry.
