VIENNA APPLE CAKE 
1 c. raisins, cooked and cooled (preferably white)
2 c. apples, chopped and unpeeled
1 c. chopped nuts
1 2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda

Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
