CORN BREAD DRESSING 
1 hen
2 pans cornbread, cooked
5 onions
7 stalks celery
6 eggs
3 cans cream of chicken soup
3 pods garlic

Boil hen with 1 onion and garlic; when done, debone chicken and set aside. Chop all ingredients fine and mix with cornbread and the deboned chicken. Add eggs, soup and a little of the chicken broth. Mix well and pour into a baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
