2 c. crumbled corn bread
1 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
3 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. melted butter
3 eggs
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage, optional

Beat eggs slightly. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes stuffing for 3-4 pound bird. Or bake in a black skillet at 350 degrees until done.
