4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pineapple (crushed, 20 oz.; do not drain)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Grease cookie sheet. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix together brown sugar and white sugar. Combine the shortening, eggs and vanilla with the dry ingredients. Mix all above ingredients together, then add nuts, raisins, pineapple and chocolate chips.

Bake at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Makes 6 dozen.
