DIET BREAKFAST COOKIES 
1 oz. raisin bread crumbs
3/4 oz. oatmeal
1/3 c. dried milk
2 tbsp. brown sugar replacement
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter

Combine with an electric mixer then spoon onto a sprayed pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: 10 cookies, 2 servings (5 each), 1 bread; 1/2 fruit; 1/2 milk; 1/2 fat.
