CURRIED TUNA SALAD DIP 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna in water, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients and mix well. It is best if chilled. Makes 2 cups.
