BROCCOLI OR SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion or onion flakes
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or fresh squash, sliced, cooked and drained
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. bag cornbread stuffing mix

Place broccoli or squash in buttered dish. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, soup and onions. Pour over broccoli or squash. Top with grated cheese. Melt butter and mix with stuffing and sprinkle over cheese. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
