BARGE RICE OR DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. cooked rice or corn or nacho chips
2 tsp. onion, fresh or dried
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 can diced tomatoes and chile peppers
1 1/2 lb. processed cheese, cubed
1 c. sour cream

Brown meat and drain.

Add: onion, pepper, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, chile powder, hot sauce, tomatoes, and chile peppers, cheese.

Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Add sour cream. Serve as dip with corn or nacho chips or over rice.
