BEAN CHIP DIP | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger, browned Green pepper, chopped Onion, chopped 2 cans (soup size) refried beans 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. dried mustard 2 c. sour cream 4 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. chili powder 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1-2 c. shredded lettuce Brown hamburger, green pepper and onion. Drain. Add refried beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, chili powder and mustard. Bring to a boil. Mix well and spread in a 9x13 pan. Cool. Mix sour cream, 4 tablespoons Cheddar cheese and chili powder. Spread on cooled bean mixture. Cover with 2 cups Cheddar cheese and lettuce. Heat to serve with chips. |
