CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 chicken
1 c. rice
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 c. water
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Salt, pepper and butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9x12 pan or roaster. Sprinkle rice in bottom of pan. Sprinkle onion soup over rice. Place cut up chicken on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour can of soup over chicken. Pour water over chicken. Cover with lid or foil. Place in oven for 1 1/2 hours.
