CHICKEN PARMESAN
2 chickens, cut into serving pieces
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. dry white wine
1 lb. noodles, cooked & drained

1. Combine chicken, oil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic and 4 tablespoons grated cheese in a baking pan. (Chicken must not be crowded in pan.) Blend well and let stand, covered, until ready to cook.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. Separate the pieces of chicken in the pan, arranging them skin side up. Leave the marinade in the pan. Sprinkle the chicken with wine. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and place in the oven.

4. Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. (If desired, place chicken briefly under broiler to crisp skin.) Spoon some of pan drippings over the chicken. Pour remaining drippings over drained noodles and toss. Serve chicken with the noodles.
