PARMESAN CHICKEN KEMPSTER 
1 c. crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
2 1/2 - 3 lb. broiler fryer, cut into serving pieces
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine stuffing mix, cheese and parsley. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, roll in stuffing mixture.

Arrange chicken pieces, skin side up, in large well greased shallow baking pan. Drizzle any remaining butter over chicken; sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

Center pan on cooking grill of Weber cooker; cover kettle and cook about 1 hour 20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender; or cook in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
