PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 c. crushed pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine stuffing mix, cheese and parsley. Dip chicken in butter and roll in mix. Place in large shallow baking pan, skin side up (don't crowd). Sprinkle remaining butter and crumbs over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Serves 4.
