PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 fryer chicken
1 1/3 c. herb dressing, such as Pepperidge Farm
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 sticks butter

Roll dressing to fine crumbs. Mix in cheese and seasonings. Melt 1 stick butter in shallow pan lined with foil. Dip chicken in butter, roll in crumbs. Arrange chicken in pan. Dot on rest of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
