PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 fryer or 6 breasts
1 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. bread crumbs

Mix cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Dip chicken in melted butter. Coat well in crumb mixture. Place in shallow pan. Pour remaining butter over the chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Baste frequently with pan drippings. Do Not Turn.
