PARMESAN CHICKEN 
2 c. dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 fryers, disjointed
1 c. melted butter

Mix all 8 ingredients except chicken and butter. Dip the chicken in butter and roll in the crumb mixture. Arrange in shallow foil-lined baking pan, skin side up, and pour remaining butter over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
