CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
8 oz. spaghetti noodles
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. half & half
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt, if desired
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook spaghetti noodles. Melt butter in Dutch oven. Add flour and chicken broth until thick. Add rest of ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
