DOUBLE CHOCOLATE ALMOND ZUCCHINI
BREAD
 
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp.c innamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. almonds, chopped
1 c. chocolate chips

Grease bottoms of four 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2 1/4 inch loaf pans. Beat eggs until lemon colored. Beat in sugar and oil. Stir in melted chocolate, vanilla and zucchini. Stir in dry ingredients and mix well. Add nuts and chips. Pour into loaf pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
