TERIYAKI MEAT MARINADE 
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2/3 c. catsup
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vegetable oil
5-6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp. ground ginger

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Marinade meat or chicken about 2 hours in refrigerator. Makes approximately 2 cups; may be frozen for later use. Especially good with venison.
