1 c. soy sauce
4 tsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. chopped garlic
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. fresh ginger
1/2 c. beer
4 tsp. vegetable oil

Marinate meat 4-6 hours. Prepare as usual.
