TERIYAKI SAUCE (Marinade) 
2 lbs. meat (good with venison or any meat)
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
2 tsp. ginger
Dash garlic (optional)

Mix ingredients and marinate meat 2-3 hours or overnight. Turn meat often.
