BISCOTTIES 
6 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Crisco
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle anise extract
6 1/2 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1 c. slivered almonds

Mix all together - pat with floured hands on ungreased cookie sheets into loaves (makes 6 loaves). Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until light brown on bottom.
