BAKED CORN CASSEROLE | |
16 oz. can white kernel corn 16 oz. creamed corn 1 c. sour cream 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 c. butter, melted 2 eggs, beaten 1 tbsp. sugar Drain white kernel corn. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle sugar on top to make crusty top. Makes 15 servings. |
