BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Spray casserole dish with Pam. Mix all ingredients together. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
