“BAKED CORN & HAM CASSEROLE” IS IN:

BAKED CORN & HAM CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
splash of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 cups canned or frozen corn kernels
1 small onion chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
1/2 cup shredded cheese (or more)
breadcrumbs, for sprinkling

Make a white sauce of butter, flour, and milk. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Add corn, onion, green pepper, and ham. Pour in a 2-quart casserole. Top with breadcrumbs and cheese.

Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
