SALTED NUT ROLL BARS 
1 yellow cake mix
1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. peanuts
2 c. Rice Krispies

Mix cake mix, 1/4 cup butter, and egg. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Place marshmallows over the top of that and return to oven 3 minutes more or until puffed up. Meanwhile, melt chips, corn syrup, and 1/2 cup butter. Add vanilla when melted. Pour over peanuts and Rice Krispies and mix. Spread over marshmallow layer. Refrigerate until set.

I made these for Thanksgiving. I substituted Chocolate chips for Peanut Butter chips and used coco krispies instead of plain rice krispies.

They turned out wonderful and were all gone by the end of the day. This would make a quick and easy potluck dessert. Yum.
