PARTY MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. bulk sausage
2 eggs
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. onions, chopped
2/3 c. chili sauce
1 c. grape jelly
2 tbsp. water

Combine first 3 ingredients. Make balls, fry and drain. Then add the sauce made of next 3 ingredients and simmer. Simmering and serving can be done in a crock pot.
