POTATO SAUSAGE 
6 c. potatoes, ground
2 c. ground beef
1 c. ground pork
Salt, pepper and allspice to taste

Mix all ingredients together. If mixture seems dry add a little water. Mix well and stuff into casings. Prick sausages well with a darning needle to keep casings from bursting. Boil at low temperature for 2 hours.

This can also be baked without casings. Place in a tightly covered casserole and set in a pan of hot water in oven. Bake for 2 hours in a moderate oven.
