CHEESE CHILI CUBES 
8 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (12 oz.)
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (12 oz.)
2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilies, seeded, rinsed, chopped

Beat eggs 4 to 5 minutes. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Mix. Fold in Jack cheese and cottage cheese. Put in 9"x9"x2" dish (greased). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Cut into small squares. Serve hot. 3 to 4 dozen.

Good. Easy. Can dip in salsa.
