CHILI CHEESE CUBES 
8 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 c. (or 12 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilis

Beat eggs, 4-5 minutes. Blend dry ingredients and add to eggs. Fold in cheeses and green chilis. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut into small squares and serve hot. These can be reheated in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
