1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 stick pure butter (melted)
2 eggs
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread in 9x13 inch greased pan.

Mix:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs

Put on top of other layer in pan. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 45 minutes. Take up with spatula as it tears easy.
