SAUCE FOR WILD GAME 
1 pt. cider vinegar
Juice of 3 lemons
1 oz. black pepper
10 oz. Worcestershire sauce
5 oz. Louisiana hot sauce
1 oz. soy sauce
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate. Good marinade for any wild game or meat. Keeps indefinitely. Makes 1 quart.
