3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. icing sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. walnut pieces, optional
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pkg. sm. marshmallows (white or colored)

Melt and cool chocolate and butter. Add remaining ingredients. Roll in sausage roll shape and pat coconut around. Wrap in wax paper. Store in refrigerator. Slice as needed.
