SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 c. cottage cheese
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. flour
6 eggs, beaten lightly

Warm spinach and drain. Melt butter. Cut cheese into small cubes. Combine all and bake in large greased casserole, large enough for rising. Recipe may be cut in half.
