PRETZEL SALAD | |
6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello 2 1/2 c. boiling water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries 3 tbsp. sugar 2 c. ground pretzels 3/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1 lg. container Cool Whip Make Jello with water, add strawberries. Refrigerate to jell, use when it just starts to jell. While Jello sets up, mix sugar, pretzels, butter, press in a 9x13 inch pan. Press evenly. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Spread Jello mix over cooled pretzels. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and Cool Whip. Spread over Jello mix and chill until set. |
