2 lbs. pork, cut up as for chop suey Fry meat until brown. Season with salt and pepper. 1/2 can pimento, cut up 1 can celery soup 1 stalk celery, cut up 1 can of milk 1/2 green pepper, chopped Mix all together in a buttered dish and cover with a can of chow mein noodles. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6. |
