TANGIER ISLAND CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
16 crackers

Soften crackers in warm water. Squeeze out water and add to crab meat. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Make into 2 1/2 inch round cakes. Fry in pan until brown.
