1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can Mandarin oranges (use juice too)

Beat above ingredients for 2 minute. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool.

TOPPING:

1 lg. Cool Whip

Add:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 med. can crushed pineapple (drain off 1/2 of juice)

Fold together and frost cake. Store in refrigerator.
