TROPICAL ISLAND CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

LAYER II:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

LAYER III:

4 bananas, sliced
2-3 pts. strawberries, sliced
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained

LAYER IV:

2 c. Cool Whip or fresh whipped cream
Strawberries for garnish

Layer I: Melt butter and mix with graham crackers and sugar. Press into bottom of 13x9 pan. Chill in freezer 1/2 hour.

Layer II: Melt butter and mix with confectioners' sugar, egg and vanilla. Spread on top of Layer I. Refrigerate overnight.

Layer III: Add bananas, strawberries then pineapple onto Layer II.

Layer IV: Top with Cool Whip, garnish. Chill.
