BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
NOTES: Drain pineapple first - save juice - use a 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill 8 hours.

1ST LAYER:

2 c. crushed graham crackers
2/3 c. melted butter

Mix together. Press in bottom of lightly greased pan.

2ND LAYER:

2 sticks butter, softened
2 eggs
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together 10 minutes. Spread over graham crackers.

3RD LAYER:

3 lg. bananas, sliced & dipped in pineapple juice

Layer.

4TH LAYER:

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, not syrup, well drained

5TH LAYER:

1 qt. sliced fresh strawberries

6TH LAYER:

12 oz. chocolate sauce

7TH LAYER:

1 lg. container Cool Whip

8TH LAYER:

Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and cherries.
