CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 lb. boiled chicken (3-4 breasts)
1/2 pkg. wonton skins, cut in strips and fried
1 head lettuce
3 green onions, chopped fine
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 stalks celery, chopped
Sliced mushrooms

DRESSING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. MSG
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix dressing and let stand an hour or more. Marinate shredded chicken and mushrooms for 10 minutes.

Put all other ingredients in salad bowl. Pour over chicken and dressing. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve.
