GRANOLA 
5 c. oatmeal
1 c. sesame seeds
1 c. raw sunflower seeds
1 c. raw peanuts or raw cashews
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. wheat germ
3/4 c. honey
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix honey, oil, and vanilla in a quart saucepan; stir until bubbly.

Pour over dry mixture. Mix well using 2 large wooden spoons. Lightly oil 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread mixture in it. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, stirring well every 15 minutes.

Remove from oven; add 1 1/2 to 2 cups raisins. Stir often until cool.
