GRANOLA 
5 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1 c. sesame seeds
1 c. chopped almonds
1 c. sunflower seeds
Dash of salt
3/4 c. honey
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. shredded coconut, unsweetened
1 c. chopped cashews
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. soy or corn oil
1 c. honey wheat germ

Combine oatmeal, coconut, sesame seeds, nuts, and flour in large bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle with salt. Beat together oil and honey; add wheat germ. Drizzle over mixture in bowl and mix together with hands or spoon.

Spread about 1/2 inch thick on 2 cookie sheets. Toast at 275 degrees about 1 1/2 hours or until golden, turning mixture over occasionally. Remove from oven and stir in raisins if desired. Let cool. Store in airtight container. May be refrigerated.
