TUNA AND PEAS CASSEROLE 
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can full of quick cooking rice
1 soup can full of water
1 pkg. frozen green peas
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix tuna, soup, rice, water, and peas. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot with butter. Top with cheese. Bake for 45 minutes. Serves 5.
