SUGAR AND SPICE POPCORN 
3 qts. freshly popped popcorn
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Put all ingredients except popcorn in a small pan and stir over medium-low heat until butter melts and sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat and toss over freshly popped popcorn, stirring to coat well.

Spread coated popcorn out evenly on a large cookie sheet and bake 10-15 minutes.
