FROZEN STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, and nuts. Spread in shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally until mixture crumbles. Cool. Spread 2/3 of mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan.

In large bowl, put in egg whites, sugar, strawberries, and lemon juice; beat with electric mixer for 15 minutes. Do not underbeat. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spoon strawberry mixture on crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Freeze overnight. (Serves 10-12.)
